CAN-Imperial Solutions is a division of 2279577 Ontario Corp and the proud creator of ontariosecurityguardjobs.ca. We at CAN-Imperial Solutions have been in the security guard industry for the past 10 years with the partnership of our sister company Imperial Academy of Canada. Imperial Academy of Canada's primary focus was to develop and manage training modules for the security industry such as the ministry mandated 40-hours security guard course, whereas CAN-Imperial Solution's directives were to build relationships with both the candidates and the companies to better understand the obstacles that both the candidates and the employers face.
With our extensive network all over Ontario we decided to focus our expertise in the niche that we have the most experience in. We have been careful and considerate when it comes to the needs of both candidates and employers to come up with a platform that is as transparent as possible. We pride ourselves in solving problems, and this platform acts as a perfect conduit for both the candidates and employers in the security guard industry. We know that there are other platforms with more reach when it comes to hiring of individuals, but the only thing they don't have is a platform designed to address the needs of a particular niche. Imagine that before you even interview the person you could find out when the individual's first aid certificate expires, or whether this person even has a security guard license or not. Other platforms give you a wide variety of people who may or may not have the expertise that you require, but because of our experience in you industry we are the only choice available.
